The location of the hotel is excellent for those travelling with a car and wanting to visit Siena, San Giminiano, Volterra and Firenze. Parking is private and free. The hotel is neat and modern, We stayed in an apartment, which had the comfortable bedroom with TV on the upper level. The staff (special mention to Samir) were very helpful giving us new locations to visit such as the Terme di San Giovanni, in Rapolano Terme. Breakfast was also very good. The Indoor swimming Pool was excellent, very warm, helping us to relax after a long day. It remains open till late and is free of charge as the pre-booked spa.

The breakfast and friendliness of staff was excellent. Incredibly friendly with our toddler. Also, the front-desk staff recommendations for day trips were exceptionally thought-out with alternative routes suggested based on our needs.

The hotel has a large parking lot. Walking distance to the train station is about 20 minutes (good to go to Siena). Breakfast at the hotel is fine. The hotel equipment is sufficient. Pool approximately 10x5 m, water pleasant, plenty of sun loungers by the pool. The hotel's equipment is sufficient, I lacked the kettle and cups for tea/coffee in the room. The hotel has its own restaurant, you need to book a place in advance. Price of main dish is around 20 euros.

Quietness, availability of swimming pool and SPA area, free parking, solid wifi. For a hotel with 4 stars, the breakfast offer could have been better (lack of vegetables, powdered scrambled eggs etc), although great coffee and cakes were offered. Very nice restaurant for evening meals available on-site. Nice and helpful personnel.

Staff kindness, room size, pool always with pleasant temperature and cleanliness of spaces. Pet friendly hotel (but check before the type of accommodation that allows pets). Spacious accommodation with good air conditioning. A very good breakfast with options for celiacs and intolerant people (gluten and lactose). Free parking and great Wi-fi in our room. *Spa area is extra charged.

The location was great, it was really easy to explore Tuscany from there! The area was also really peaceful and beautiful. All facilities were clean, and the pool was a nice place to hang out. The hotel’s own restaurant was a positive surprise, food in there was actually really good! Breakfast was decent.

The hotel is fine with a nice enough room and a great pool which was half covered and had movable covers for the other half (not required when we were there). The breakfast was good with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fairly close to Siena where we went to eat at night which was beautiful.

Staff were nice and polite, maybe except one of the waiters at the restaurant but overall a good experience. The food at the restaurant was nice, breakfast was nice as well. The family apartment we've rented was huge, with plenty of space for everything. I really liked the duplex layout.
